You’re going to get a custom meal plan based on your specific goals. This includes custom recipes designed around what foods you like and don’t like. We are going to work together to come up with a lifestyle change you can stick to. Forget about those other unrealistic diets you’ve heard about or tried before. This ain’t that!
My team and I have your back every week, keeping tabs on your progress. We will continuously review your progress and make the necessary adjustments to your nutrition and workout plans. You’re part of the team now and we are going to make sure you reach your goals.
This process does not work without communication. Send me text, audio, photo, or video messages, and keep me up to date every step of the way. You already know I’m going to be checking in with you to make your acting right on this program as well!

Tracking your progress is an important part of the process and my app allows you to track weight, upload progress photos, and much more depending on your goals.
I expect you to check in every week so that I can stay on top of your progress and make changes to your program when needed in a timely manner.
My knowledge comes from experience, trail & error. In My 14 Years of fitness I have tried damn near EVERY method! Self taught…so I’ve been around the block! My coaching style is a little “unorthodox” to others because I don’t tell you what you want to hear but instead what you need to hear!
